Functions of a Growth Group |

These five functions provide the opportunity for growing & sharing to take place within each Growth Group.
- Measurable spiritual growth
To measure spiritual growth, we use a tool called the Christian Life Profile.
- Sharing
Praying for, serving and engaging with people in your neighborhood...and eventually sharing the Good News of Jesus with them.
- Missional service
Serving inside and outside the church...becoming the hands & feet of Jesus.
- Caring
Meeting one another’s needs and offering support, encouragement and accountability.
- Reproducing community
Sharing the beauty of community with those who don’t yet have it.
